The VGA Planning Committee is your VGA architectural, landscape and compliance committee. Our responsibilities range from approving applications for improvements for homes, landscape and developing Standing Rules, that supplement and clarify the CC&R’s related to property, to assisting the Board of Directors in enforcing these two sets of official rules. Our CC&R’s mandate a Planning Committee to help maintain the attractiveness, enjoyment, harmony, and property values of the Association neighborhood.
