Enforcement Policy for Violations of Waste Container Standing Rule

 

 

 

Property owners will be notified by letter when a first violation is noted and will be provided with a 10 day compliance period. After 10 days, if violations occurrences are observed, fines will be levied, starting a $ 50.00 per occurrence. Observations will continue until there is a record of no waste container violations for a period of 90 days. At that point, the case will be closed.

 

Fine Schedule for Waste Container Standing Rule Violations

 

$50.00 per violation occurrence for first 4 violations

$100.00 per violation occurrence for next 4 violations

$200.00 per violation occurrence thereafter
